Steel works: laser, bending, certified welding

Agrital offers the production on medium-light steel parts for contractor.

In particular, we are specialized in laser cutting of tubes and sheets metal; completed with bending and certified ISO 3834 wire welding processes.

Technology and innovation for steel works.

The division has been active since 2001 and today can count on a staff of 50 people. Thanks to an innovative machine park we have the flexibility needed for both small and medium productions. This is made possible thanks to 5 laser cutting machines (3 for sheet metal and 2 for tubes). We also have 5 press brakes, 2 calenders, 1 automatic tube bending machine and 21 manual welding stations. We are ISO9001:2015 and ISO3834-3 certified.

In particular, our evolution has led us to specialize in:

• • tube processing: from 3D tube laser cutting to the bending and calendering of the tube itself.
  • wire welding with ISO3834-3 certification, both for common construction steels and for structural materials up to S900MC quality sheet metal.

Products and services.

Our offer consists of both the production of simple parts but also of finished and assembled products such as sheet metal hoods, hydraulic tanks and street furniture.
In fact, we are equipped with an area for product assembly and the installation of hydraulic and electronic components. We also assemble sound-absorbing and heat-insulating coverings for hoods or wooden crosspieces for street furniture. The assembled products are subject to a final functional test.

Thanks to a network of qualified suppliers, we can offer the most common surface treatments such as painting and both electrolytic and hot galvanizing. Or manage heat treatments such as reclamation, nitriding and tempering. To complete the production cycle, there are mechanical processes for welded structures thanks to horizontal axis milling or portal boring up to 5 meters.

We are present in various sectors which has allowed us to acquire transversal know-how. In particular, we build components for agricultural and earthmoving machinery, including driver’s cabins, hydraulic tanks and sheet metal hoods. However, our customers also include manufacturers of components for street furniture and home fitness machines. Finally, we supply parts for shipyards, for pressurized heat exchangers and bent tubes for the frames of ultra-light vehicles.
